In flavor it will be round, sweet and smooth. As our rum comes from the Caribbean, we enriched our design with plenty of colourful birds and plants from the area. Our basic rums -white and dark- would be a perfect companion for cocktails.

Our basic rums -white and dark- would be a perfect companion for cocktails.

Dead Man's Fingers Coconut Rum is made using a blend of Caribbean Rums as well as spices that have been added. It is created by The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, which serves fresh sea food with Rum! This particular drink is produced around the brilliant, tropical flavour of Coconuts, which can be enjoyed neat, or mixed in various drinks!

Palate: Coconut ice and a touch of lime peel

Captain Morgan Dark rum is a blend of five different rums from Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados. The blended rum mixture is distilled in a two part process using both pot stills and continuous stills and then aged for 2 to 7 years in charred oak barrels.
