TASTING NOTES

Colour: Golden in color.

Nose: Fresh aromatic profile with ripe citrus fruit, layers of floral notes and a touch of vanilla.

Palate: The mouthfeel is full, clean and crisp with pear, apple and a touch of grapefruit along with sweet spice. All this culminates into a bright, crisp finish with refreshing acidity and balance. It reveals great sucrosity and mouth-filling texture. Exquisite acidity stands out with toasted and mineral aftertaste. Balanced and fluid, its fresh acidity helps silky, ripe tannins to stand out. Full-bodied with an excellent finish.

MENU SUGGESTIONS

A perfect pairing for cheese or meat empanadas, dried fruits platters, roasted brochettes or dried pasta with seafood sauce.

Find this and more exceptional selections at Kaasak.

Medium to light bodied wine with a brilliant red color. On the nose lovely cherries and berries aroma. Balanced flood of red fruit that opens the taste buds with soft sweet notes. When chilled, makes a great summer red.

Tropical fruits (guava, pineapple, grapefruit)

This selection of premium wine has been matured in French Barrique to enhance the natural aromas and characteristics of each single variety.

The finish: is medium to deep with suppleness on the palate.

Aromatic nose of wild black berries, jammy black plum, some toasty notes and liquorice. It develops toffee aromas and caramel after a few minutes.

PALATE: The start is fresh, juicy and fruity (blackberry, plum, some mulberry), then develops some spiciness and supple tannins.

The final is long, round and peppery.

Strong entrance of ripe black berries and plum, notes of black cherry in kirsch followed by powerful earthy touches of moss and warm undergrowth, well integrated tannins, and a long, round, exceptionally long after-taste.
