Our Winter Malt was inspired by the unique selection of New Zealand malts that we chose for our mashbill.

Manuka Smoked Malt: The Manuka tree is indigenous to New Zealand, and this is the world’s only manuka smoked malt. It has a smooth, sweet smokiness

Chocolate Roasted Malt: This is specially roasted for us, and has lovely coffee and chocolate aromas.

Toffee Malt: This is a unique malt, roasted at very low temperatures and then caramelized. It adds honey and toffee flavors.

Laureate Distillers Malt: This is a very sweet and floral malt.

We have then aged the Winter Malt in only the finest first fill Bourbon barrels.

700ml, 48% ABV.

Evan Williams Black Label is medium amber in color.

The nose: is light with deep vanilla and mint.

On tasting: there are notes of honey, brown sugar and caramel, with a medium to long finish!

The standard release of Highland Queen blended Scotch whisky, named after Mary Queen of Scots. Like much of the range, it offers very good value for money.

Nose: Some dark honey, caramel, allspice, cooked apples and pear drops.

Palate: Crisp apples now, nougat, more honey, subtle vanilla, perhaps even some tarragon.

Finish: Clean and quite short.

Indulge all of your senses with a smooth glass of Johnnie Walker Blue Label Blended Scotch Whisky. An exquisite blend made from some of Scotland’s rarest and most exceptional Scotch whiskies, our whisky offers incomparably rich and smoky waves of powerful flavor. Only one in every ten thousand casks has the elusive quality, character and flavor to deliver the remarkable signature taste of Johnnie Walker Blue Label. Truly, it is an extraordinary Scotch Whisky for extraordinary occasions. Simply pour over ice in a whisky tumbler for an elegantly simple drink. Johnnie Walker was recognized as one of the world's top-trending Scotch whiskies at the 2020 Drinks International awards.

A classic in every sense of the word, Evan Williams White Label Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is a favourite of the back-bar around the world. Bottled at a higher ABV than the regular Evan Williams, the White Label is pleasantly warming with black pepper and cinnamon spice.

Swing features an elevated amount of Speyside malts, balanced by malts from the northern Highlands and Islay. On the tongue it starts off a bit sweet and then the spicy notes take affect mid-palate which exposes the smoke and peat. It has a smooth lingering smoke and spice finish. The result is a luxurious flavor that's light in the foreground, with sweet mouth-watering depth developing on the palate.
