This fresh and keen wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Mekssassi. It oﬀers a penetrating subtle aroma,enticing wonder to the palate. Les Cabires Blanc is a dry wine, medium to full-bodied. With a hint of acidity that wanders across the taste buds, the fruit intensity reaches a perfect balance.

The vines are planted on terraces; and consequently the grapes are handpicked during the harvest season, which is softer on the vines and helps with the quality control, such as dismissing under ripe or rotten grapes. The sorted grapes are quickly de-stemmed, crushed and pressed in order to separate the juice from the skins, seeds, and solids. With our minimal intervention model of wine making, the must (or juice) can begin fermenting naturally within 6-12 hours. After around 3 weeks of fermentation, the wine is refrigerated for a week at -2°C and then ﬁltered and bottled.

Talking point: It is a dry wine, medium to full bodied with a bit of acidity and a lot of fruitiness. Very fresh for a warm sunny day.

The arak of Chateau Ksara is a truly authentic expression of Lebanon's traditional, anise-flavored spirit.

It is produced in a specially-designed alembic still using an innovative technique to assure that only the heart of the distillate, the real "pure flower", is used. Finally, following ancestral norms, Ksarak is matured for two years in clay jars from Beit Chebab before it is at last ready for consumption.

Its process goes through 4 distillations and is made by Chateau Kefraya.

And it is the best fresh anise traditionally from Lebanon, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif with water and ice cubes.

Chateau Ksara Blanc De L'Observatoire is intensely aromatic on the nose, with soft rich fruit, a zesty palate and a long, very fresh finish. This wine seduces with its finesse, elegance and floral aroma.

Chateau Ksara Blanc De L'Observatoire is an interesting blend of aromatic white grapes: 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Muscat and 20% Clairette. The Sauvignon Blanc gives this wine its finesse and elegance, the Muscat its subtle flowery aroma and the Clairette its fruitiness, roundness and rich taste. Each wine is matured separately for three months in French oak casks, before being blended and bottled.

Arak Massaya has a beguiling aniseed flavor and freshness that cleans the palate and aids digestion. It is often served as an aperitif and then as the perfect accompaniment to classic selections of mezze, the array of tasty dishes with contrasting flavours that is the starting point for many lunchtime or evening meals.

Arak works particularly well with the mezze melange that will include olives, spices, meat and cheese flavors that are sometimes harder to match with wine.

Almaza Pilsner Beer includes delicate aromas of grain and corn waft from the glass. And that’s not really surprising, when you discover that the brewery states “corn makes up to 25%” of the grain bill. But give the beer a few vigorous swirls to bring some of its head back. And you’ll soon discover that it also brings light notes of honey and flora, with grassy hints.

That light, delicate character also carries into Almaza Pilsener Beer’s flavor.
