Made by one of Italy’s most prestigious wine producers, Cantina di Soave, Prosecco Perlit is rich and velvety with seductive aromas of ripe apple and pear making it the perfect choice of sparkling wine for almost any celebration.

Founded in 1898, Cantina di Soave is one of Italy’s most prestigious and innovative wine producers today. As a premier cooperative winery, they have more tha 6,000 hectars of vineyards and have an internationally recognised award-winning wine portfolio. The founding group of vine growers and wine producers joined foreces to improve production quality and standards to bring unsurpassed value to consumers.

Once grapes for Prosecco Perlit have been destemmed, they are softly pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. An early harvest means that the must holds the acidity necessary to keep freshness in the wine during the second phase of fermentation, which takes place in autoclave.
