A new range launched in Spring 2020, the Cask Collection illustrates the creativity of the West Cork distillery. Produced in small batches, these Single Malts made from 100% Irish malted barley are triple distilled and then aged in first-fill bourbon casks. Each is then matured in a spirits or fortified wine cask for several months and therefore has a unique character and a 100% natural colour. For each Single Malt, the House from which the casks originate is specified in the greatest transparency on the label. For this Sherry Cask Finished, the influence of the Bodega Baron Sherry casks is very clear, with a spicy Single Malt enhanced with notes of dried and candied fruits.

NOSE

The sherry finish results in aromas of dried prunes and fig with sweet candy and vanilla notes.

PALATE

Sweet at the beginning switching to a dry finish with some spice and pepper present.

FINISH

A short to medium dry finish, initially sweet but ending with black pepper and spice.

The Macallan treated this 18 Year Old to not just one, but two cask content-types for its maturation, released as part of the Double Cask series! Oloroso sherry was used to season a combination of both American and European oak casks, with the former imparting vanilla nuances while the latter brings that hallmark Macallan spice. Another fantastic sherried single malt from the Speyside distillery!

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dried fruit, ginger and toffee. Rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg.

Palate: Rich raisin and sultana with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger, balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.

Finish: Warm oak spice with ginger, turning to sweet orange.

Country: Highland, Scotland ABV: 43%

Sir Edwards is distilled and then matured in oak barrels. Refined, aromatic and woody, long on the palate with a clean, round flavor, it reveals all the finesse of an outstanding Scotch blend.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire delivers a rich, complex and multi-dimensional tasting experience; Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey, on its own, brings flavors of toasted wood, roasted nuts and vanilla beans.  Our proprietary and unique cinnamon liqueur perfectly complements the whiskey flavors by adding warm, indulgent and spicy notes of ground cinnamon, delicate cinnamon bark, and spicy clove. The result: a delicious Jack.

Swing features an elevated amount of Speyside malts, balanced by malts from the northern Highlands and Islay. On the tongue it starts off a bit sweet and then the spicy notes take affect mid-palate which exposes the smoke and peat. It has a smooth lingering smoke and spice finish. The result is a luxurious flavor that's light in the foreground, with sweet mouth-watering depth developing on the palate.

Indulge all of your senses with a smooth glass of Johnnie Walker Red Label Blended Scotch Whisky. Highly versatile and with universal appeal, it has a bold, distinctive flavor that shines through even when mixed.

Johnnie Walker Red Label is now one of the best-selling Scotch whiskies around the globe. Perfect for parties and get-togethers, at home, or going out, we recommend enjoying with friends.

Simply mix with squeezed lime and ginger ale and pour over ice for a Johnnie & Ginger.

Johnnie Walker was recognized as one of the world's top-trending Scotch whiskies at the 2020 Drinks International awards. The Johnnie Walker brand's extraordinary knowledge of Scotland’s malts and its deep desire to create well-balanced blends of island malt whiskies led to the whisky brand we have today. Each batch is then carefully matured to perfection in quality oak casks. As one of the biggest whisky brands in the world, Johnnie Walker embraces a rallying cry for optimism through adversity as it challenges the world to keep walking. Please drink responsibly.
